It was very refreshing and relieving to find a company and individuals that we not only trust but do remarkable work. My wife and I were budgeting for a project to replace our back lawn (or what was left of it) with synthetic turf so that our young kids had a safe and clean play area. We received several quotes from other companies but ultimately chose Black Diamond because of Nick. From the first day we met Nick and throughout the entire project, Nick was easy to reach, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding when our toddlers were competing for attention (i.e., having meltdowns). At no point did Nick make us feel pressured or like we were being difficult (even when we probably were).
