"Matt and his team are the ultimate professionals. Matt spent hours with us recommending color choices for our living room, kitchen, main bathroom, hallway, master bedroom/bathroom and family room. His color consultation and choice of colors for the various rooms in our house was priceless. He mixed a custom color for the wall behind our bar. This took about 10 different formululations and turned out perfect. Our master bedroom had textured paint and ceilings that needed to be scraped/sanded down. Multiple coats of joint compound were applied to smooth out the walls. The team did a wonderful job and the walls turned out beautiful. He returned after we had carpeting installed in our master bedroom and touched up all of the marks from the installers. He went over our house with a fine tooth comb after the painting was completed and any imperfections that were found were fixed immediately. We highly recommend Matt and his team. We would absolutely hire again."

"Got a quote from 5 star Yorkville and was going to have them do the work . Was going to by the paint myself since it was on sale at Sherwin Williams. I asked Mike how many gallons I would need and he told me I have to sign the contract first. It felt like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him, but that was not the case at all. If that’s how you do business then I will go elsewhere which I did. I had a new contractor the same day and you lost out on a job you would oh had. As far as I’m concerned this was a bad business decision since there are a lot of contractors looking for businesses"

"We hired Juan for drywall repair and to paint the interior of our 1,960 sf home. He estimated 5 days but finished in 2.5, resulting in a poorly executed job. The ceilings and walls weren’t completely prepped, and the spackled areas weren't sanded properly, creating noticeable texture differences. Some areas lack adequate paint coverage, revealing drywall tape lines. Cut-in lines are uneven, showing visible brush strokes, and some areas didn’t receive 2 coats. You can see paint drips and blobs throughout. The walls get easily scuffed and hard to clean. Bedroom closets were left unfinished, and we found a paint spill above a bathroom cabinet. Removing the tape too soon left paint on the baseboards, with splatters also on casings, handrails, and shower surrounds. Despite Juan’s pleasant demeanor and punctuality, the job was rushed and incomplete. Lack of supervision of his team led to subpar work. Now it’s costing us more to fix. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend his services."

"Things went from bad to worse. I replaced a few boards before the sanding and staining was to be done. The carpenter told me "a few of the boards are thicker than the existing". I told the carpenter "don't worry about that. The deck guys are going to sand it all down". This was my understanding from the start. I have evidence I communicated with DeckMedic my understanding that the deck would be sanded to get rid of the rough surface. Their ad calls it "sanding to remove the raised grain". I even mentioned he will most definitely need to hammer all nails before sanding. Otherwise he will tear up his sander. He agreed. The sanding was never done and many of the nails were never hammered down. I brought a third party service company in for their opinion. Their professional opinion "the deck was never sanded as the raised grain on the wood stands out and is very rough" Second issue: my deck stairs needed rebuilt then would need stained. Ryan and I came to an agreement. He would give me a $400 discount due to my dissatisfaction. He would send me a discounted invoice marked paid and would include a contractual promise to come back in the spring to stain new stairs. After I paid him, he said the invoice is in the mail. It never showed up. Now he still won't give me the invoice."

"UPDATE: painting is coming off after 2 years. They gave a warranty and agreed to come assess and repaint one side of the home. Complaints filed with BBB due to them not responding. Don't expect them to honor their warranty, and would warn anyone about NOT using this service in the future. Miguel and Jose were the project managers on our home painting project. The group was very professional and courteous. They did excellent work painting our home and cleaning up afterwards. They answered all our questions without hesitation. We have already received many compliments from our neighbors. They also worked with us for special requests and questions about paint brands and colors. They finished the work promptly and had a reasonable and competitive price."

"The whole process was smooth start to finish. Samantha came and was able to walk me through their process while providing me an estimate. After I accepted they clearly communicated when they would be able to start on my deck. Samantha and Josh showed up to paint my deck and replace my boards on the day they had communicated prior. The work and their attitude was professional the entire time and the project came out looking fantastic. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to have their deck done right."
