We contacted pool builders and we received quick service for purchase and scheduled installation. We had to wait for weather /rain storms but once the crew was here they were friendly, efficient, fast workers and the pool went up very quickly and we’ve have been enjoying it so much!"

"I used KWD Electric 2 times in the recent past and was planning to write a review after the 3rd and final visit to my mother's house. The first to jobs went well, one "simple" (replacing 6 outlets) and one "complex" upgrading the service panel plus a couple other items. Ken was late both times and his responsiveness to my initial contact took a little too long but I overlooked that. The 3rd visit he was to replace all switches and outlets in the kitchen (after the renovation). On July 30th Ken's email stated a quote would follow in a  day or two. It is now August 26th and I am still waiting. Needless to say this is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Update: Ken did apologize for forgetting and stated he would not take on more than he could schedule.

9-4-2013 Update: Thank you Ken for the offer of a few free hours of labor. I may consider this the next time I need some electrical work done."
