"Manny and his crew did an excellent job,. They were on time, skilled, and conscientious. Manny is very communicative; he kept me informed throughout the process and always quickly responded to any questions or concerns. A large job (4 bedrooms, family room, study) was completed in just over a week. I highly recommend MC Management Contractor."

"Peak Builders and Roofers helped us remodel our bathroom after 10 years of waiting to get this done. The team did a great job in many ways, they were very much on the timeline, and the workers were great, always showing up in a timely fashion (which many times isnt the case with other construction workers we have worked with in the past), and most importantly, they really went above and beyond to deliver a high quality, thorough job, they have created a punch list through out, and kept on supervising that everything will come out top notch. We will be calling peak builders and roofers, for any of our future home remodels."

"Rich Madura helped me design my basement plan and it was well thought out and executed. The quality of the work was exceptional, and it came right on budget. This was a complex project that was a design of over 3,000 sq ft - 3 bedrooms 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, fitness room, game area, and full bar / kitchen."

"I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Jeff was right on top of everything he had his subcontractors do and made sure it met his (and my) expectations/requirements. Cost went about 5% over the original bid only because we chose some upgrades that exceeded the original design. Likewise the project took longer than originally anticipated, but we weren't in a hurry and it was no problem for us. In summary, I was completely satisfied and will use Affinity next year for some additional work we would like to have done around our house."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
