"Integrity and knowledgeable. I have been given quotes by several contractors. Project time ranged from 7-10 days to 2 weeks by those other contractors. At twice the Colorado and national rates. Barrera told my 5-7 days. They quoted to match an honest rate without haggling. I was told by other contractors what was needed. I ordered in accordance to those bids. To add, I paid for those material quotes. Which actually ended up not being sufficient for the job. I would of had ended up with a lot of surprise charges. Barrera let me know, Gave knowledgeable options and took action once agreed. Barrera Construction from this point on will be the only construction contractors I will use for my home projects. Do your diligence, get at least 3 quotes. You will see yourself the Integrity of this company prides itself on. My home looks absolutely beautiful. They do not have a website as of yet. I did authorize them to use before and after pictures of my home."
