(I wasn't left sitting around wondering when or if he was coming.) The technician was very knowledgable and professional as well as friendly and pleasant. It did not take him long to diagnose my air conditioning problem and he was able to replace the part efficiently and quickly. I will use this company again if I ever need a heating and cooling company. I was very surprised at the price as well. I was expecting a $500.00 price but it was $269!!!!."
