On the first day of installation the crew was not satisfied with how the boards were lining up and suggested that the flooring needed additional curing in the house. "I am VERY picky about work I have done around my house and I must say that Tony and his son did an outstanding job laying the tile.  They were very cautious about preparing the areas outside the bathroom so as not to soil the carpet and flooring in the adjacent rooms.   In one of the two doorways, after the tile was laid but not yet dry, I let Tony know that I was concerned that the gap between the flooring in the next room and the ceramic just laid was too wide.  Tony immediately pulled the tiles up and recut the tiles so there was only a 1/2" gap.  This enabled the T mold I needed to purchase to fit exact.  I would use them again.   "

"Noah and Jason removed carpeting in three bedrooms and our bonus room. They installed LVP flooring and shoe mold where the carpeting was. The LVP flooring matches what is in the main area of our house, and they laced in the new flooring with what was existing so that you can't tell the bedrooms ever had carpet. We're very happy with the end result. Noah was super to work with throughout the project. He and Jason were polite and respectful of our home. I am very attentive to detail, and I was very pleased with their work."

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."

"Jerry is one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with. He made multiple trips to our home with product samples and provided great service and guidance during the selection process. Jerry was present and personally supervised every step of measuring, preparation, and installation for our project. He was extremely meticulous and made sure that every detail was attended to. His final clean up was perfect - except for the presence of the new countertops, we could hardly tell that a contractor was in our home when he was finished. His services will probably cost you more than the big-box stores, but it is more than worth the extra cost."
