He was also very thorough explaining contractual details, legal rights, obligations etc. and the advantages of using the Owens Corning "Total Protection System." The material was delivered as scheduled and staged in the pre-planned area, as was the dumpster for scrap. The crew arrived a bit early and started the job on time. Eight, maybe nine hours later ... a job well done, including the clean-up. I did have one very minor issue when the job was complete. Matthew took care of that issue himself in about 10 minutes.
