"We had the pleasure of working with Creation 7 on our kitchen remodel. We loved working with Cameron, our Project Manager. From the beginning, Cameron was extremely easy to work with and was very organized. He clearly laid out the project plan and communicated with us daily on status of project and any dependencies where he needed our input. He is one of the main reasons we had such a good experience with Creation 7. One of the things we value most about the Creation 7 team is they committed to a timeline up front and delivered on it. We've heard many stories where projects get delayed for various reasons, but the Creation 7 team was able to meet the original deadline. This was extremely important in us choosing Creation 7. Another thing we really appreciate about the team is their flexibility. They consistently were able to work with us as the project was in-flight and was able to adapt and pivot regardless of circumstance. "The product and installation were of high quality. The workmanship was done in a patient let get this right manner. The quality of the install was very, very well done. Steps were taken, often above and beyond what was expected, to make this a smooth install, even though any install of this kind will be a disruption to the normal flow of events within the home. "We had a major kitchen remodelling project in our house including new cabinets, countertops and flooring. Even sinks were replaced. We expected a lot of headaches, delays and unexpected charges. With Spenser and his team none of that happened. He explained from the beginning what our options were, he gave his recommendations that we found quite reasonable. The job started when he said it would and he was regularly checking on the progress. Everything that we wanted to fix (and it wasn?t much) was done at no cost. They did an excellent job, the kitchen is beautiful!"
