The roofers were professional and cleaned up thoroughly. Since the completion of our roof, several neighbors are also having their roofs replaced by Coastal Pro Roofing."

After 4 weeks, I combed my email for anything I might have missed. Neither of us had an email or a VM. I sent a follow-up email, but nothing. I called and left a VM, but nothing again. We got ghosted, and it hurts. Is it so hard to just email? 'Hey, thank you for the opportunity, but we have decided to pass on your project.'"
