They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. "We contacted Comfort Basements as a starting point in our research on foundation repair and basement waterproofing, toward a grander plan of adding on to our home. Jesse came out to visit us for a free inspection and estimate, and unbeknownst to us, some really awesome advice about how to proceed with our grander plans. While we still know that we need to waterproof and repair a portion of our foundation, Jesse honestly and openly told us that we needed to start with an architect and get our "Grand Plans" in order before he could give us any estimates on any kind of work that would need to be done, depending on what would need to be done structurally to support the addition. He also suggested somethings NOT to do in the mean time, and how we might proceed from here.
