"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

Our foreman Huibel did a wonderful job of keeping my mom informed on a daily basis of his progress. He and his crew did excellent, quality work and my mom was super happy with the finished product. Monk's has done a lot of work for us in the past in addition to the flooring and painting, including wainscotting, window and door install, as well as a new composite deck. We are hiring them again to paint the interior of the garage and to install some workbenches and shelving for storage. We can't wait for this work to be done as it's going to make a huge difference. "We had a large closet ceiling (10' wide) that had water damage and Ribba Woodworking did a fabulous job repairing it. It looked like it was brand-new. Our casement window also needed it's operator crank replaced and that was another job completed perfectly. Ribba Woodworking was on time, friendly, and always professional. Very talented individuals. Installing a single kitchen cabinet takes about 1.25 hours for professional installation, with an average kitchen usually requiring about 25 to 35 hours of labor to install a full set of cabinets. Custom work can easily take two or three times as long, including the time to design and build the cabinets.
Local cabinet installers who specialize in home remodel finishing work typically install cabinets. You can hire a general handyperson to install most cabinets, but it’s typically recommended to hire a cabinet specialist when installing custom cabinets. If you order your cabinets through a big-box retailer, they often supply the labor as part of the project cost.
The cost of kitting out the average kitchen runs anywhere from $1,340 to $38,400. “Kitting” means to package everything together and is another way to refer to full kitchen remodel costs. In terms of a kitchen, this means remodeling all the cabinets, floors, countertops, appliances, and fixtures at the same time.
Always hang the upper cabinets before installing the lower cabinets. If the lower kitchen cabinets are installed first, it can be challenging to work around them. Plus, if tools or materials are dropped while hanging the upper cabinets, the cabinets already installed beneath them may get damaged.
Base cabinets for kitchen islands and breakfast bars are attached to the floor (down to the underlayment and subfloor). This keeps them from shifting as you lean on them. The cabinet installer uses basic wood screws to secure these cabinets to the floor. However, cabinets that run along a wall don’t need to be fastened. Instead, the contractor secures them to studs in the wall.
