Dont need a headache for pool service. Also what is with the contract? Let the quality of work , or in this case lack of, be your job security. Trying to lock people into a legally binding contract for pool service should have been the red flag I needed to choose a different company. Stand on the quality of work not locking people into a contract."

Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. Not a comforting process, especially for the major project (new deck/pergola) that we wanted. I had already gone through this process with other project bids and had mixed results, like everyone else. So when David came by and said only him and his sons would be building the deck--he had my attention. Suffice to say, our high expectations were exceeded. David and his sons took their time, were very detail oriented, always friendly/cordial/respectful. The build is very high quality, and the pictures speak for themselves. "We needed to replace three worn out decks on our home, but also wanted to change the existing design by adding a few additional square feet in the process. This was going to be a challenging project because two of the three decks were tied to the second and third level of our home… Choosing 5280 Home Improvements for our project proved to be the perfect choice. Bob listened closely to our project goals and concerns and was very knowledgeable when providing his thoughts and opinions on how we could achieve the desired outcome. Bob worked with us through the material options, comparisons and selection process, as well as the design modifications and improvements we were looking to achieve. When the work was being done, the site was kept clean and organized. Upon completion, we were very happy with how the project turned out...
