"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Did much research on companies 1st b/c I was aware of scams with duct cleaning. But this company is very legitimate professional - techs and receptionist, all the way around! Top quality service! On time and will answer any questions and explain it all in great detail? very polite and professional. And yes, they will take photos throughout if you want to see exactly the differences of before and after. I had bought a 1959 home which had never been cleaned. See my before/after photos. Before, I kept having to wipe off my counter tops a few times a day because they always felt gritty. After the duct cleaning, they stay clean now - A HUGE DIFFERENCE! The guys were awesome and went above and beyond by also helping me carry a heavy appliance from upstairs to my basement. Very nice guys! "I had Illinois Valley Insulation at my house to blow in insulation in my garage attic. I was told by the owner Scott Bickett that I needed an R30 value which means I would need about 8 1/4” of insulation blown in. He was paid in cash($1500 paid in full but only did half the work), and a couple of days later I went up there and measured and only have about 4 1/2 inches so he only did about half the work and charged full price. And when I confronted him, he told me there’s8 to 10 inches up there which is a lie and I’ve given him every opportunity to call come by Measure and prove to me that is there, but he has failed to do so because he is just proving my point that he is in the wrong. And now he still will not provide me with a receipt so he’s trying to keep the cash and hide it like he didn’t do the Work very unprofessional."

"Our shower step was build incorrectly when our bathroom was remodeled years ago. We have been experiencing leaking on our floor every time we took a shower and opened our door. Kedrick, did everything he promised by rebuilding our shower step and now it's perfect and no more leakage. We also had our floors cleaned and they look as good as when we had them installed. His pricing was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend him. If you need any tile or grout done I wouldn't call another company other then Bristol Tile & Grout Restoration. We have recommended them to several neighbors and friends and they have experienced the same service and quality of work."
