I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job.
