"This is the 2nd time I have had Luckner out to diagnose and repair my washing machine. I had a brand new Electrolux washer installed by Electrolux 10 days ago. They replaced the water hoses with hoses that were inferior after I asked them to use the ones I had. One of the hoses had a kink in it and was restricting the water supply. Luckner put my original hoses onto the new machine and the problem was solved. He will forever be my Electrolux repair man! Thanks so much Luckner! My husband and I truly appreciate your top notch service!"

"First OFF, ANGI should be ashamed to have this company as contractor. I would STRONGLY recommend not using this contractor for anything. They attempted to replace a toilet i purchased and it was not done correctly. When i tried to call them on it, the never returned my call. When i finally spoke to someone they spoke to me like i was stupid and suggested i do a google search and the plumber (another contractor) that explained their mistakes did not know what they were talking. Despite the fact they installed the toilets perfectly with no issue. They refused to make it right to my satisfaction. They are overpriced, nickel and dime you to death and have the absolute worst customer service. So if you are looking for a shady contractor who doesn't do good work, will "scam" you out of your money and provide the absolute worst customer service then i would say this the contractor for you. If you are looking for a good and reputable contractor that will do good work and provide good customer service, i will have to tell you like the tech they sent out to try to fix their mistake.... "You are better off hiring someone else". If anyone would like more detail or documented proof how this contractor should never be used EVER... feel free to contact me. "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
