They leveled out the affected area, planted grass seed and put down straw. I was kept informed as to when they could do the work and they actually got to it sooner than I expected. "Ended up finding out that the work is not up to code. Railing is only 28 inches. Some pieces are not even attached, and nothing is square. Horrible workmanship. Contacted Josh and was told he would come out. Did not show up. Contacted again, said would be there the next day. Once again, never showed up. Contacted again, but no reply. My only recourse now is to hire someone else to fix it and pursue the cost of repairs in small claims court."
