"The owner does not know his limitations. He poured a new pool deck and did a colored sand finish. However, he did not get a uniform sand finish before the concrete set hard so we are left with pot marks, milky areas, color inconsistencies, and expansion cuts made randomly in the concrete, some even made diagonally - not squared up. After three days using pressure washers and power brooms the owner packed up and said I did the best I could not and offered me a discount. I am left with a pool deck that looks like the three stooges did the pour. I should pull out the concrete and have it repoured. Beware when doing business with this firm - better yet hire an experienced contractor!"

"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He understood my vision and had great suggestions for design. Would definitely work with Joe again!"

Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
“To determine how much sod you need, first calculate your yard’s total area by sketching your layout and multiplying each section’s length by its width. Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet.
