"I was very impressed with Zem personally. He is very caring, thoughtful, prompt, and courteous. Professionally he is extremely knowledgeable and took the time necessary to test and examine my entire home to detect and resolve my toxic mold issue. My test results came in, and I was contacted immediately. He will be explaining the report to me in detail and will help me work out a protocol remediation plan to remove the mold and help me move back into my home. An update, Zem did an excellent job of remediating my home, the tests came back normal. I recently had contractors in to repair walls and paint. In doing so they broke a pipe under my kitchen sink. A significant amount of water came into the under cabinet area and onto the floor. The contractors cleaned up the water and used fans, but after one week it was apparent that moisture was still present water damage had occurred. I called Zem, he immediately came over tested the floor and air for moisture and ran mold tests. We will know shortly the results. His swift response, understanding of the urgency of this situation and calming reassuring demeanor put me at ease. Truly he is a caring professional who stands by his customers to make sure their homes are safe. I am truly thankful to have him at moments such as these."

"I had recently had my home inspected and was concerned about mold and what to do about it. I called Mr Standish because I had just used him for my home inspection, and he was again able to do the mold testing right away, and got back the results to me within a few days. It was helpful to have him answer questions about the test results, and the problem was minor, and something that did not require any major work(thank goodness!)Mr Standish is very knowledgeable about his work, and is honest, which I truely appreciate."

"The scheduling, conversation, and discussion with their service manager Steve all went well. They contacted me quickly and had someone out the same day. I was told I would receive a 16-page report, showing detailed explanations and the results of a control outdoor sample and 2 indoor test samples. The tech collected the samples and invoiced me right away, sending photos of the mold areas he inspected as well. He asked me to pay that day which I did, but I now know I should have waited for the report before settling this invoice. Instead of what was discussed during booking, I received a short 3-page report, which showed only the results of the test samples, no control, and no guidance on the result interpretation of the numbers presented. When I contacted the territory rep that did the work to inquire about why control was not done, and why the report seemed so abbreviated, I was told you can do your own tests; or you can schedule another appointment for me to run a new control sample for ~ $200 more. Mind you I had already paid then the ~$400 day of, which was supposed to have included this work. Additionally, in consulting with another lab and my legal advisor, the control sample must be collected on the same day as the others for the most reliable/ valid sampling. so essentially the report I got might be useless at worst, and certainly easily challenged, rendering me having wasted ~$400. I have reached out to their customer service to see if they would be willing to remedy the situation, but have not heard back."

"We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."
