"Bree and her team are fantastic! We are downsizing from a 4 bedroom 3,000 sq ft home with attached garage and a shed to a 900 sq ft apartment. They arranged for dumpsters, cleared out all unwanted furniture and clothing yet identified what items could be donated to others! They cleared off and cleaned the patio and deck. Then her team DEEP CLEANED the house to make it ready for selling! My house smelled so good I could smell the clean from outside! As you can imagine, this was a very emotional ordeal. Yet, Bree and her team of professionals made it as painless as possible. They were very respectful and took great care of our items. She services the entire Michigan area! "Eric and Riley did a great job for a very fair price, diagnosing and fixing of several problems that popped up. For anyone worried about price gouging, they showed a lot of integrity by replacing parts at no extra cost when they easily could have gotten by keeping mismatched but functioning accessories. Also, it is not cost-effective to dig into the gas lines and the firebox just to sell an upgrade. Outside work such as installing a color-coordinated chimney cap might yield a profit. Chimney Sweeps are very busy. I recommend getting on the books early or doing an off-season inspection. My fireplace is up and running, but I plan to get a level 2 inspection to have more knowledge and peace of mind about the house. In hindsight, I should have gotten a nicer log set, but I wanted to keep costs down in case I had to spend more on repairs."

I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."
