"Damien was wonderful in fixing our HVAC system. We had a cooling leak and that kept our heating from turning on. He let us know when he was on way over (on Sunday in fact), explained everything, fixed, and double checked rest of system to look for any other issues. He's very courteous and went above and beyond with additional coil cleaning! He even reprogrammed our thermostat so that we would have emergency auxiliary heat so this wouldn't happen again. "Fantastic. We had a little trouble getting them out to my house, then it went great. The technician that worked on my system was very knowledgeable and personable. He was aware of my schedule and worked towards that. He found a few things that needed further attention, gave me an estimate for the additional work, we set up a time for his return within a couple of days. He returned on time again and actually was able to correct the issues for less than I was quoted. I don't have the knowledge to know if all he did was needed but he explained everything in depth and I was comfortable that he was being honest with me. The initial work was for a seasonal check up. I can imagine this does not cover costs. It is hard to get a busy contractor to take time to do the small jobs. I would definitely use 5 Star again."
