New Image walked us through the whole process so we knew what to expect throughout...from staging materials on the roof to final cleanup. So, it wasn't a surprise to come home and see a crane lifting bundles of shingles onto the roof before tear-off of the old roof had even started. The guys that did the work on the chimney sent pictures of the work progressing and the finished job. Now the chimney and damper and fixed and the fireplace is in good working order.
