It consisted of removing an outside and inside wall to general bathroom, which included a window we didn't want replaced, a change order to remove existing tub, repairing damage from water, termites, and mold, replacing wood framing, removing dirt from between wall and under existing tub, installing new wall surround and tub, replacing sheetrock in bathroom and hallway in entry hall. David worked in parallel with repairing a damaged ceiling in kitchen from previous owners DIY terrible fix from burst piping in overhead."
