Got three recommendations from HA and Garcia was the one who responded right away. At first, I was a bit reluctant to hire him, because he is unlicensed and has a few negative feedback, but I decided to give him a chance. His price was reasonable and he started the job very next day. It turned out that he knows what he is doing and completed the job very diligently and professionally.
