Platinum stepped in and completed the work on time and as quoted. David was our primary contact. He was great as respects communication, working through issues, and coordinating with subcontractors. The remodel included heated tile floors, a curbless shower, toilet install, and beautiful tile work. We were pleased that Platinum got our project back on track and finished after dealing with the mis-steps of our original contractors."

"I hired Eastside construction To Tape and texture 2 Hallways and a master bedroom, closet and bath. The taper Tom was personable but was the Sloppiest Taper I have ever been around. I have been in the trades since 1972. i requested that Tom scrape out the corners before shooting the texture at least three times, this was done half heartedly. I mentioned to Tom he was the sloppiest taper I had ever seen and asked who was going to clean up his mess. He replied Dean usually sends a crew around, but that was between me and Dean. There was no cleanup crew supplied by Dean. there are several areas that were not sanded properly and texture was shot anyway. I only saw these areas while I was painting. I would never hire this company again. The mess Tom Made and tracked through our house was inexcusable. My wife and I covered our floors, taped off the outlets, installed zipper doors to help keep the dust down. Tom belongs on a Commercial jobsite not an occupied home. I won't make this mistake again. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours. Andrew and his team of subcontractors were all very friendly and respectful of our family, never making myself, my wife, or 3 kids feel unsafe at any time. Even with the changes to the scope of work, Andrew and his team made good on the timeline of the project, completing everything in 3-4 months as promised when we started. The layout and design of the remodel and addition have surpassed our expectations, everything that we did has really made our home both more beautiful and more functional. I would highly recommend Treiber Building and have done so to several family members and colleagues at work. The experience was as positive as I couldâ ve hoped and the results are outstanding."

"My wife and I have been on a 18 month journey with Renovate to plan a significant basement remodel which included replacement of the main beam of the house and a dig out of a crawlspace to expand the footprint of the basement.
