"Renewal by Anderson crew of Theo Linken and Marc Mandell installed a new exterior door and sidelight in my 25-year-old house. After they removed the existing door and side light they noticed some rot in the subfloor and joists and informed me they could not install the new door until the rot was fixed. They provided the name of a contractor they highly recommended to do the work. After the repairs were done Theo and Marc returned and did an excellent job of completing the new door and side light installation. Theo kept me informed throughout the installation, asking me several questions and keeping me involved in how the installation was proceeding. At completion, Theo reviewed the installation with me and I was very pleased with the carpentry work and overall installation. I highly recommend RBA and this crew."

We wanted flanged windows installed, requiring trim be put in around many of the windows. They did a great job installing and caulking the trim and windows throughout.
