I also trust him with my MCM personal residence that had a gutted daylight basement—no ceiling, hollow walls when we moved in. Doug rebuilt 2,000 sq. ft., carefully removing and restoring the wood paneling and renovated the layout, including a new bathroom, He pointed out areas likely to present hidden issues before opening them up, without leading to an astronomically higher bill when work was required.
