"Ali and his team did really nice work installing 3 panes of glass, including a really odd sized piece. Even though the job was small they were able to come out quickly to take measurements and they gave me competitive pricing. Both Ali and his technician were communicative, prompt and helpful. I found one more pane of glass that needed replacing about a week after they originally came and got the same prompt, friendly, and professional service. When I told Ali I was trying to get my house on the market within the next week he went out of his way to expedite the glass and install it at no extra charge to me. They did great work and I'd definitely hire them again if I ever need more glass replacement."

Both Michael Donahue and Nick Baxter came up with a collaborative solution to remedy an uneven top reveal that spanned the length of our three piece large window. The original install had a few flaws that allowed both glider windows to detach fully from the top if opened due to not shimming the top window edge correctly which resulted in crowning of the whole top part of the 3 piece window. Mike and Nick came out and helped us decide on a solution that would make my wife and I happy. It took Mike and Nick a half day to redo the window. At the end I was completely satisfied as I am sure my wife will be when she comes home tonight to see the work performed.
