He was helpful in telling us of the different types of replacement options. After installation, he was very adamant about checking and double checking to make sure that the replacement of the new equipment was functioning correctly. "Joel and his assistant Terrence were very efficient and respectful professionals. We were informed about the entire procedure to clean our air ducts before they started and how long it would take. They arrived before our appointment time ready to work. It took them about 5 hours to complete the job and Joel was even kind enough to show some recorded footage of the before and after look in our vents. After completing this job, Joel came back to our house, replaced and re routed our dryer line to help us dry faster and safer. Before he fixed it, our dryer line was clogged, dented and about 25% efficient. Thanks to Joel, our dry time has increased dramatically. We would definitely use them again.
