"Called them last week, receptionist said a technician would contact me the next day. Never received a call. The next week I called them back and a technician did come out to the house the next day. I told the head of the 3-person crew to stay off the areas where newly planted grass is starting to germinate. One of his crew started walking on such area and he told him to keep off. Then another of his crew started walking on the newly planted area and we told him to get off. The head of the crew got pissed off at that and simply left with his workers. Never seen anything like that. Very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend against hiring this company for a job."

I have given him EVERY chance to make things right but he has not. Also, while he was here doing the project initially, a neighbor of mine asked if I was happy with his work, well, I said yes because he was a nice guy and was working to complete the requested tasks. Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."
