"Extremely thorough and professional from estimating to installation. We met them at the Pittsburgh Home show. They came on-site and evaluated our windows. Never felt pressured to buy and they were honest about what needed a full replacement and what just needed to be replaced. Owner (Bill) was on-site and was part of the installing team during the entire installation, which really put us at ease. We knew if we had any questions or concerns, we could address them with him directly. The crew put down drop clothes and covered our carpets and cleaned up everything when completed. "New Look was amazing! We initially met Jason at the Pittsburgh Home Renovation fair. He came to our home to provide a quote and show us options and we couldn’t have been happier. He even located the exact match to the siding that had been completed on a newer section of our house. Jason was very kind and extremely patient as I labored over color choices. Once we settled on a selection, the installation team came and did a fabulous job! Everything was clean-lined, well appointed and thorough. "This company did a sales pitch by knocking on doors in our neighborhood. I unfortunately opend the door and talked to the lady and made the mistake of giving her my number for possible future renovations. The next day I received a call asking to set up an appointment. I said I was not interested at the moment, if I needed their services in the future I would contact them. This company has been harassing me by phone ever since. I've received 16 calls in a 10 days. If this company is an established reputable business then they should not need to knock on doors and harass people for business. Tell tale sign that something is definitely wrong with this business."

"Highly recommended, timely and very professional. Carl was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through different options, while being mindful of our budget. Just to highlight what all he did to repair our chimney. A safe working platform was erected. The old cap was removed and the brick was demoed to the flashing. All the brick was cleaned and relayed in tinted mortar to match existing masonry. A new crown was installed with custom stainless steal cage. The chimney was washed cleaned and sealed all debris were cleaned up and scaffolding was removed. We were so happy with the results. We would absolute hire him again."

"The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never."
