Never felt pressured to buy and they were honest about what needed a full replacement and what just needed to be replaced. Owner (Bill) was on-site and was part of the installing team during the entire installation, which really put us at ease. We knew if we had any questions or concerns, we could address them with him directly. The crew put down drop clothes and covered our carpets and cleaned up everything when completed. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone."

Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. A quick way to get the minimum dimensions is to add 12 inches to the window’s width and eight inches to its height.
