"The first time I had this service come to the house was fine, not great, but the house hadn't been cleaned in a while, so I thought perhaps that was the reason things weren't great. So I had them return. They used my vacuum and left with several of the parts. I thought it was an error as they gathered their own things, so I called. The discussion was very defensive, and without checking with the individuals that had been in my home, I was told they didn't have the parts. Then they called back and said the parts might be in the vanity in one of the bathrooms. When I went to that vanity to check, I discovered the door was off the hinges and the wood cracked. I was very disappointed. I had used the same cleaning service for 20 years til they closed down their business and I was really anxious to find a new group to help with cleaning. This was not the right group."
