The repairs are better than new. The siding looks great. The windows fit better than originals and the interior carpentry was superior. "Finding quality, responsive contractors in the OBX is almost impossible. I am so thankful I found Stan and The Roswell group. From our initial meeting, Stan was great to work with. He spent plenty of time with me going over my project and was able to provide a quote within a few days. He and his crew did a complete tear out and replacement of three stories worth of exterior stairs and decks on the rear of my home. He also replaced all decking and handrails on the front.
