"I put a lot of faith in Clay the owner of Slay-M Drywall out of Manteo. When he first came to look at my job he called himself the sheetrock Jesus. Hahaha! His communication was great at first but after he completed the job and was paid over 7000.00 I called him about the cracks that appeared within the first week or two of him completing the job and were reassured he would fix them that week (JULY 2022). He said he honored his work for one year. Well, I have called and messaged him several times over the last 6 months and he has not answered. I am disappointed that my sheetrock is in awful shape in my beautiful beach house. I would not recommend them at all! The quality of their work is subpar. I have plenty of pictures and receipts of payment if anyone needs them you can PM me!"
