ENTRY DOORS Entry doors only made by ProVia Amish craftsmanship. (front and back doors, French doors, sliding glass doors) We have awesome dog doors but for new install only. We cannot add them to an existing door. No interior doors. GUTTERS Full Steel/Aluminum seamless gutters and guards (guards can only go on 5k or 6k gutters that are in good shape) SIDING Siding: Composite, James Hardie, and vinyl with a 1 wall minimum
"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

We had a master bath remodel starting with the a new custom shower including a ceiling rain head, grab bar, and shower bench. In addition, we installed a new corner soaker tub with multiple jets. Trenedy installed both of them, and did an excellent job. The tub was finished with the tile of our choice on the front, around the sides and along the bathroom vanity. Both the shower and the tub results exceeded our expectations. Even with the hiccups Three Brothers did a quality job, and has great customer service - especially Brad. "I hired Handyman Connections on 11/06/24 to have a few projects completed, in order to sell my house. From the start, I had explained that I had plans to list my house by 12/3, to which I was assured it would be completed on time. From the beginning there was a delay with the employee being out, so the project was pushed out a couple days, which I was more than understanding. There was another issue, which I got conflicting stories from the employee and the front desk. One explanation was that the employee’s truck was stolen and in the shop so the work would be completed the first week of December. The other explanation given was just timing. Regardless, no one showed up until I called on 12/4. I explained that 12/9 was the scheduled photos for the house listing, which was pushed out to accommodate Handyman and the delay. Come 12/6, I show up at the house and there is still trash, tape, tools, and a haphazard paint job on the outside of the home. On 12/9 I called and spoke with them about the concerns. There was immediate response on their end and I was assured it would be completed. It is now 12/16 and the contractor still has tools and trash in the home. My issue is the lack of communication and respect for myself, my home, and my time. For a company that “prides“ themselves in customer services and their work, this is not the way to show it. I paid for a service that was to be done well and on a timeline. Unfortunately I did not receive that. I also had to push out photos and listing my home due to this situation. Handyman Connections took an already difficult and hard situation and made it more stressful. I do not recommend this company and urge anyone looking to steer clear."
