"Very quick to respond, excellent customer service skills, completed the job within a couple days from contact, and provided instructions on how to connect our new generator to the power inlet, and how to engage the system. Jestin is a nice young man trying to grow his new business. I am glad to refer him to anyone I know. Thank you Jestin"

"James guided the "fix" strategy before the appt so I had everything needed on hand and then he tried to repair the old ceiling fan before resorting to installation of the new fan. He also adjusted his schedule to accommodate an unexpected issue on my part. He is the standard by which I will measure all other service performance."

"In the past few years Iâ ve dealt with many licensed contractors (having flipped a house and had work on my residence). No owner and staff has communicated better, got the jobs â done rightâ , and charged so fairly. We had one hiccup where my scheduled time was rescheduled but during the busy holiday season that must be common. In any case, Edgar listened well, came out on time and had his team do excellent jobs for my numerous odds and ends. I recommend Golden Bay Electric as high a rating as I can"

"steve is the best electrician i've ever had the pleasure of working with. when half our house suddenly lost power in a partial outage that no amount of breaker-flipping could fix, i took to angi list, where i was matched with Steve + towers EC. he identified the root of the problem with ease - an ancient, crumbling power box - & immediately knew what to do, expertly breaking it down in simple terms for the layman. as it was a rare model, it took him 3 visits to different stores to find one; he installed it in barely 15 minutes. not only did he restore our power, but he went above and beyond, even cutting down a tree blocking the breaker. I had to call my grandfather for money to afford the cost of the unit; seeing our financial struggle, Steve kindly waived his modest repair fee, saying we had enough to worry about. his honesty, kindness, and commitment to quality were amazing. Steve towers EC truly live up to the motto on his card: integrity above all. thank you again!!!"

Electricians do a fair amount of larger remodeling and new construction projects but also common residential projects including:

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
4. How to Prepare & What to Know Before the Electrician ArrivesNapa Electricians are rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 259 reviews of 259 pros.
