"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."

Bonus: Efrain was the only installer who even bothered to investigate what was under the existing floor before giving a quote. (Surprise, it was another layer of ceramic tile with concrete under that.) Highly recommended and will use for future projects."
