What type of flooring do you want installed?: Luxury vinyl plank
Comment: Three rooms, 670 sq ft. We have 36 cases of Lifeproof solid-core floating LVP (9" x 48" x 7mm with attached pad) already stored in empty LR. We want it installed so as to flow smoothly from LR to DR to Kit. Have already installed additional 1/2 " of new plywood subfloor in LR and DR on top of original subfloor to make the flow possible, (Kit. subfloor was 1/2" higher than LR and DR). Want to start install in LR (room already empty). Then we will empty the DR and Kit for vinyl install there. So the job won't require any furniture moving by installers. Note: we won't hire anyone who doesn't have good experience installing floating LVP. It's low effort to install, but there are still plenty of gotchas that can prevent it from looking good!
