Knowledgeable and experienced, prompt and courteous, Bill was meticulous in every aspect of my project. From planning, installation and clean up, every detail was handled with care. I always felt comfortable leaving him alone in my house. He was even good with my dogs! Last but not least he made my project affordable. I received a BEAUTIFUL tiled shower for "pennies" more than one of those prefabricated inserts.
