"I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company and will never work with them again. Their communication is unprofessional and aggressive, with constant threats of liens and contractual obligations?even when the billing mistakes were entirely on their end. They overcharged me for painting gutters that were never painted and ordered a sliding glass door when I had already hired a third-party company to handle that. Additionally, they left nails in my garage that they did not pick up. On top of that, their third-party contractor tried to overcharge me for windows, which was yet another billing error. After overcharging me and issuing a refund, I simply questioned the final bill, and instead of a professional response, I was immediately bombarded with emails from Nick and Rachel threatening to place a lien on my property on the same day my insurance company confirmed the bill was accurate before giving me a chance to even pay it. I do not recommend them."

The quote was very competitive and included an option for gutter replacement. His demeanor and professionalism added to the competitive quote made Range my top choice. I had a complete tear-off to deck (2 layers) and several replacement skylights. Excellence Roofing gave me a competitive bid (not the lowest, but nowhere near the highest) I had 6 contractors providing proposals, although one of them never got back to me. Excellence Roofing had my confidence, and they got the job. From start to finish, Sal and his team performed to the integrity that was promised. I was kept informed and consulted throughout the job. I could see the attention to detail given by all. The job was completed in the expected timeframe, and passed inspection with no issues. Actually, the inspector commented on the quality of work.
