"Ken was pleasant, showed up on time and steam cleaned both mine and my husbands bathroom floor at a very fair price..A year ago a contractor installed my husband's bathroom floor tile and had put a gloss over it (that I never asked for) and it started chipping and looked awful..Ken worked hard getting the gloss off..When I had called him the next day and asked if he wouldn't mind coming back to go over it a little more due to there being some remnants of gloss left, he handled it professionally and came back the day after making it look the way it was originally supposed to..I highly recommend Ken.."

They first came out to provide a competitive estimate and came back within 5 days to do the repair. They not only replaced the tile like nothing ever happened, but also replaced the wallboard and made sure it was waterproof. At the same time, they replaced a cracked tile in my kitchen and re-grouted areas that were missing. They respected my home and left everything clean. I would highly recommend their services."
