"The experience was everything you want to happen. Paul responded quickly, set an appointment and showed up and was on time. We talked about the main job which was to replace a cement post holding up part of the house. We also spoke about some other possible jobs. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about his field and is creative when thinking about possible solutions. We decided on what to do. Paul followed up quickly with an estimate and start date. He showed up on time and got the job done quickly. While he was there, I noticed a couple of other things that could be repaired. He jumped right on them and got them done also.
