"Call Casella if you have a garage door problem. He replaces them too, but I only used his repair service. He was responsive, courteous, reasonably priced and had all the parts on his truck when I contacted him. Time from initial contact to finished job about an hour. (I was lucky in that he was in the area at the time I contacted him.) However, his having the parts on hand and being so courteous were huge plusses."
