"We were very pleased with the job performed. Helio's team expanded and renovated our small master bathroom. We took out a large closet and converted it into our shower. Once started, they worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a few small hiccups, namely using our garage to cut tiles and mix thinset, which created an exorbitant amount of dust coating my tools, bikes, and anything else that was stored in the garage. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the home after some of the workers left, however, after we brought it to Helio's attention, he made sure to tell the team to do a better job moving forward. Contract was a little confusing, so I would encourage many questions to clarify things ahead of time such as timeline for selecting certain items, confirming when the next payments are due etc. All in all, we're pleased with the project and how it turned out."

"Was going fine until he didnt complete the work. A couple of areas he couldnt reach with ladders and didnt work it into the estimate nor did he consider adding it on during the work. Also, he replaced old trim with new trim, right next to the old trim, that was not the same style. Its very noticeable and he felt that was ok. When he left, we agreed to a deal where he would come back and replace the questionable areas and I would pay for materials but not labor. He never came back. I have reached out several times but I get excuses for no return. The work he and his team did perform was good but did not complete the work and didnt really want to work with me to finish the work. Be careful with him ... a little slippery to deal with. I know need someone to complete the work."
