"We have been planning a complete rebuilt of our home for several years. The project involves complete gut, extending the back, refinishing the basement, and adding a second floor. I was grateful to have found Fine Finish Construction who had done lots of work in our town. Vinnie DeLetto owner sold me on first impression where he was knowledgeable, understood our pain points, and came back with an itemized quote within days as he promised. It was also important Vinnie had a delightful office staff that helped me with all the paperwork from our financial institution. Once the project broke ground, the team effectively finished within 6 months including time waiting for inspection. Vinny and staff frequently communicated with us and guided us throughout the project. It is critical to have an open dialogue and build the trust with our contractor. He stayed within the cost he had committed to plus more. He was also patient in explaining to us all the add on we have requested for where we had total control whether it is something we wanted to do. He has an excellent team and perfect scheduling in order to execute such a large project within the timeframe he committed to. We now have an amazing home and see our vision come to life.
