"We contacted Larry and firstly were very impressed with the fact that he told us what kind of vehicle he would be driving and what he would be wearing, as a safety precaution, which we found both very professional and thoughtful. Larry was here the same day,diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the part. He told us exactly how long it would take and that he would call as soon as it came in, he did and then told us what time he would be there to install it. Although the part was the correct one, the manufacturer had modified it to alleviate an inherent problem, which meant Larry had to modify it slightly to make it viable for our refrigerator. Larry's expertise and years of experience came into play and within minutes the part was installed and we had our fridge back once again. Larry is very knowledgeable, offers wonderful customer service and offers all of this at a very fair price and on top of all of that is a very friendly and kind gentleman. We were very pleased with the work that was done and will hire Larry again any time we need quality appliance repair."
