"Jeremy and Mike are truly wood wizards. They took down old exterior doors and replaced them with new ones that were too thick for my door frame. They created new door stops, added weather stripping all around, cut down the new doors, installed the new hardware and made sure the doors fit perfectly in a 100 year old door frame. Amazing! The doors open and close beautifully. They cleaned their area after they were done. It was an awesome experience. Totally professional."

"I had an indoor brick wall refinished with new paint and I am extremely pleased with how it looks and very pleased with the experience. Rod is very professional, trustworthy, and efficient. Compared to other painters that provided me estimates, he was pleasant to work with as he returns calls promptly, does his homework, and stands by his work, taking pride in making sure the customer is completely happy with his work. I would definitely recommend Rod for any future paint jobs."

"We really appreciate how organized Cole and project manager Devin are. They organized the subcontractors easily and were always just phone call away. They always came to check on the quality of work and addressed any questions or challenges that came up in a timely manner. The plumber and electrician they used for our bathroom project were very professional. We will be hiring them for more projects this year."

"After 2 bathroom remodels, I hired Mario and the crew from One New Creation to do an exterior of my house in the Garden District of New Orleans. Their work was perfection. They spent at least 3 weeks meticulously prepping and restoring the house before painting to ensure the finished work would be perfect. What I anticipated to be just a paint job was a restoration of historic district standards. My house was restored to late 1800s perfection. More importantly, Marioâ s payment installations kept me informed of costs so nothing was unexpected. At one point I had to acknowledge that I couldnâ t afford to do a few things that I should have likely agreed to, but Mario understood and didnâ t try to up-sell me or put pressure on me to do more."

"There were Very PRO-fessional, organized/clean, and well-mannered. We had them replace interior trim within the open section of our home. He moved furniture, placed floor covering, demoed, prepped/primed trim and walls. Installed all trim: windows, base, chair rail, casings, mantel, paneling, etc. also caulked and painted. I turned up so NICE. He had ideas and we went w/ them and we were Very Satisfied! I recommended if you want a craftsman to help with repairing or renovating your homeâ ¦Itâ  s Da Hands team has some GIFTED HANDSð   ð   ð   ð   ð   â ︠â ︠â ︠â ︠â ï¸Â"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
