They spent at least 3 weeks meticulously prepping and restoring the house before painting to ensure the finished work would be perfect. What I anticipated to be just a paint job was a restoration of historic district standards. My house was restored to late 1800s perfection. More importantly, Marioâ s payment installations kept me informed of costs so nothing was unexpected. At one point I had to acknowledge that I couldnâ t afford to do a few things that I should have likely agreed to, but Mario understood and didnâ t try to up-sell me or put pressure on me to do more."
