"There were Very PRO-fessional, organized/clean, and well-mannered. We had them replace interior trim within the open section of our home. He moved furniture, placed floor covering, demoed, prepped/primed trim and walls. Installed all trim: windows, base, chair rail, casings, mantel, paneling, etc. also caulked and painted. I turned up so NICE. He had ideas and we went w/ them and we were Very Satisfied! "Pure Purpose did an excellent job cleaning my home for a Move In/ Move Out Cleaning. I am a landlord, and the former tenants left the house in a bad condition. Pure Purpose came in and did a deep clean, and the house looked great. Even the stains that were in the bath tub were removed. All of the bedrooms were cleaned well, and the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned as well. They provided great customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely do business with them again!"

"Had a great experience with this company. They painted all trim, gutters, exposed stucco front, underside of porch roof, front & back porches, walk & foundation of my cottage style house (working around my siding). They also did some minor cosmetic repairs in stucco & siding as well as cut a ventilation hole. Everything was done in a timely manner fora very reasonable price! Hugely happy! Looks like a different house. We will be hiring them to do our interior as well."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
